Inkjet Inks
Premium inks with fast cure and long outdoor life. Inks are tuned for a hard enamel like finish. They can also be designed for high flexibility if needed.
Pressure Sensitive Film
Designed a single-use, pressure sensitive film that measures pressure ranging from 0.03 to 10 Mpa (about 5.0 to 1500 psi) through peak pressure snapshots. The film captures a pressure profile via a color scale and reveals pressure distribution.
DTF Inkjet Inks
Direct to Film Inkjet inks for textile application. Inks have a varied amount of polyurethane or acrylic. These are designed to work with a TPU powder.
Titanium Dioxide Dispersions
Developed stable titanium dioxide dispersions for water based inkjet, UV curable, and plastisol inks.
Microencapsulated Materials
Designed microencapsulated materials. Microcapsules are tuned to rupture at specific compression pressure. They may also be designed to release under specific environmental conditions.
Textile Inkjet Ink
Developed a variety of inkjet inks for high speed industrial textile printing. Chemistry not limited to reactive dye, disperse dye, and pigment binder systems. Industrial inkjet is poised to displace standard textile dye process and make a significant and positive impact on the environment.
Ceramic Coatings for Automotive
Formulated ceramic coatings delivering high gloss and water repellency. Compositions can have high hardness, ambient cure, and tuned drying rates to simplify application process.
Inkjetable Food Compositions
Using only GRAS food materials, ink jettable compositions were prepared. Formulations solve the problem of color bleed and settling.
Continuous Inkjet Inks
Solvent based continuous inkjet ink formulations for product marking and addressing at high speed.
Lithographic Fountain Solution
Dampening solutions for high speed web offset printing presses. Etch can be prepared as a press-ready formulation but is more often as a concentrate which is diluted with water in the pressroom.

Medical Coatings
Developed high-performance coatings for medical instruments, offering innovative solutions with and without PTFE. PTFE-free formulations maintain low coefficients of friction (COF) and ensure excellent slip, rub resistance, and moisture barrier properties. These coatings meet strict safety and performance requirements while eliminating the risk of PFAS, making them ideal for medical applications.
Digital Primers
Developed primers for a variety of different substrates enabling industrial inkjet. Primers improved ink adhesion, image quality, and lamination properties.
Aqueous UV Inkjet
Aqueous UV inkjet combine the benefits of water and UV chemistry into one ink. The photopolymer emulsion is cured with UV light. The unique chemistry reduces clogged nozzles in printheads while adhering to a broad range of materials. The final ink film has a low profile lending to high gloss and smooth surface.

Plastisol Ink Formulations
PVC resin based inks which cure under gentle heat into a flexible but tough finish for screen printing textiles.
Flexographic Inks
Compositions with excellent, open time, transfer properties and cure in both water and solvent based systems. Radiation cure is also an option.
Thermoformable Inks
Custom inkjet inks for thermoformable applications. Previously, printing was done with screen printed inks. Inkjet has eliminated the need for screens. UV formulations can be printed and cured instantly dramatically increasing productivity, reducing waste, while driving profitability.
Washable Inks for Recycling Plastic
Formulation and guidance on inks used on plastics. Inks which meet the APR’s PET-CG-02, Critical Guidance Protocol for Clear PET Articles with Labels and Closures, will not bleed during recycling process. This allows the recycled plastic to be used in new clear plastic bottles supporting global recycling efforts.
